POSTPARTUM CORE. Essentials for Yoga and Movement
In Postpartum Core, you will learn how to safely, and effectively restore your core after birth. Your Core is the center of your whole body, therefore a holistic, whole body approach is needed for real recovery. This workshop teaches the foundations you need to restore your abdominal muscles, get intune with your pelvic floor function, and improve how your whole body works.
From “Mummy Tummy”, Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), Pelvic Organ Prolapse, to back ache, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions (incontinence, pain, etc.)… this workshop covers it all.
Your core after birth needs a targeted approach to strengh and training. It is not the same at it was before pregnancy. Stretched out muscles and soft tissues need to knit back together for good healing. The four key components of your core are; abdominals, back muscles (multifidi), diaphragm, and your pelvic floor. All of which work together as a pressurized cannister, but pregnancy tends to mess up the system!
A happy functional Core is needed for yoga, exercise, every day movement, and a lifetime of wellness. This workshop teaches the fundamentals you need to thrive after pregnancy/ birth, postpartum, and everything else.
This workshop is an excellent compliment to any Yoga or Movement class and as a stand alone educational experience. It is a wonderful compliment to those attending my yoga classes.

PELVIC FLOOR. Essentials for Yoga and Movement
In Pelvic Floor, you will learn practical modern excercises which go way beyond “the kegal” . In fact, for many people, the kegal is the opposite of what they need. This workshop teaches you how to be in sync with your pelvis, to enhance your pelvic awareness.
The pelvis is a sacred space. The better your pelvic awareness, the easier for you to identify when things are going well, and improve when they aren’t. This workshop is a wonderful compliment to any yoga or movement practice, as well as for anyone in pelvic floor therapy.
Your Pelvis is an essential part of your bodies. It houses the integral muscle group called your Pelvic Floor, which is one of the four key components of your core. NOURISH. Perinatal Yin & Restorative Workshop
Nourish yourself in this immersive yoga experience for both Pregnant and Post Birth people. Restorative Yoga, a restful reset for the nervous system. Yoga Nidra, often described as “yogic sleep” is guided meditation for conscious relaxation. This combination of yoga is known for reducing anxiety, stress, improving sleep and flexibility, while increasing a sense of well-being and body awareness.
